As we work together to prevent the spread of COVID-19, many of our retail partners have made the tough yet principled decision to close their doors. The unfortunate reality is that some of our partners do not have the inventory or capability to ship online, so shutting down their storefronts means shutting off revenue completely. As a brand, we believe that sticking together during unpredictable moments will make all the difference. In other words, uncertainty is scary, but we are all in this together.
In order to help drive revenue for retailers during this unprecedented global pandemic, we’ve decided to create the Retail Relief Program. This program was designed to provide desperately needed support to our retail partners at home and around the world.
For the next four weeks, 27% of all sales driven to brumate.com using the unique code provided to our retailers will be shared back to the participating retailer in the form of a check. We handle customer service and shipping. All you have to do is simply sign-up and start sharing.
Fred Rogers once said, "When I was a boy, and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.' We think that now is not only a time to look for helpers, but to become one.
This program will run from April 1st, 2020 through 11:59pm PST, April 30th, 2020. 27% of all sales used with the retail partner's unique code will be paid to the retail partner. Checks will be mailed out by May 8th, 2020. This program is not limited to BrüMate retail partners and is open to all retailers. A physical storefront is required to participate. Any participants without a physical storefront will be deemed ineligible.
