How do I remove/adjust the straps?

12-Can + 18-Can: To adjust the carry strap, let out or take in fabric on the carry strap until you reach your desired length preference. To remove the carry strap, simply unclip the straps from the side of the cooler.

How durable is the MagPack?

MagPack's Repel™ Shell is 100% water proof and puncture-resistant to keep your gear protected on your adventures. It also features UPF coating to protect your cooler from fading and harsh UV rays.

What Black Ice™ Packs fit best?

One 3lb or two 2lb Black Ice™ packs placed horizontally on the top or the bottom fit best. Please note this will impact can capacity.

How do I clean the MagPack?

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, and allow all components to dry completely. Refrain from using any harsh chemical cleaners to avoid materials degrading over time. For tougher marks, we recommend using a Magic Eraser. MagPack also features antimicrobial fabric on the inside of the cooler to protect against bacterial growth.

How do I properly close the MagPack lid?

When closing the lid, apply downward pressure directly on the center of the latch to lock in place for a fully leakproof seal.

Is the MagPack BPA-free?

Yes, all BrüMate products are BPA, BPS, and BPF-free.

Is the MagPack covered under warranty?

Yes, we have a limited 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

What beverages are compatible with Strova?

How do I lock + unlock the leakproof lid?

To Open: Push the slide lock away from you to the unlocked position, exposing the "unlock" icon. Push the MagFlip lid upwards, which will keep the lid in place while you sip. To Close: Close the MagFlip lid. Push the slide lock towards you to the locked position until it clicks, exposing the "lock" icon and enjoy a 100% leakproof experience.

How do I choose my lid’s sipping position?

Choose your drink position by aligning your lid with 1 of the 8 grooves. Turn the lid slightly to the left, and push the lid downward until the lid is flush with the top of the tumbler. Turn the lid slightly to the right to lock it in place.

How do I take the lid on and off?

When taking the lid off, simply turn the lid slightly to the left and pull up. Follow the steps in the question above to put your lid on.

Can I remove the silicone sleeve?

Yes. The silicone sleeve is removeable for easy, deep cleaning. Simply pull the sleeve past the groove, and slide off. The sleeves themselves are all top-rack dishwasher safe. To put it back on align the sleeve on the base of the product, and slowly push upward from the base of the sleeve until the top top of the sleeve sits in the groove on the product.

Does the Strova lid fit other products or work with a straw?

Strova lids are only interchangeable among each other. Strova's lid opening is compatible with most standard straws.

Are there any accessories?

Yes. Strova is compatible with our Strova Lids and Universal Sleeves, so you can mix and match different colors and combinations.
